Healthy eating
This is a challenge that every person needs to take at least once in a lifetime. Why just once? Because if you manage to win the challenge, you will continue to eat healthy, it’s just inevitable. Of course there are rules you need to follow:
  • No refined sugar, because it contains nothing actually positive for your health. The only thing sugar has is sweetness, but it can be easily substituted with maple syrup, honey and many other stuff.

  • Cook your meals. No matter how healthy meals you buy out, the ones you make at home are the real food. Take your time to pick the ingredients and to turn them into one delicious healthy bomb. Don’t fry, just bake and boil.
  • Revise your eating plan. Eating when possible isn’t healthy nutrition. Make plan with 5 or 6 small meals a day. Check what you eat and what you miss. Stick it on your fridge or your computer on bright piece of paper to be reminded constantly that you shouldn’t starve, but eat. Try to compensate the things you miss – eat more veggies, beans and milk; “abandon” the fat fast foods and see how you get better.
  • Eat whole foods. Instead of snack (chocolate bars, chips, etc.), get a vegetable or fruit. They are as easy as opening a package, but way more useful with the tons of minerals and vitamins that they contain.
  • Don’t tempt yourself and don’t search for excuses. Be constant in persuasion of your goal. It’s not about that skirt or dress, it’s about healthier longer life. If you think moving out is good reason to grab fast burger, better call someone that offers tenancy cleaning services. We know the temptations are all around, but stay focused on your goal.
  • Small step every day. To change your nutrition, you’ll need to change your habits. Do something small constantly. For example, stop marching around the market and start bypassing the sweets’ area. Whatever is new, you don’t need it actually. Start adding events and exercises: walks, theater, party or concert.
  • Change your setting. One last push: prepare your home for the changes in your life. Paralleling the activities will help you see the changes in you that may pass unnoticed otherwise. You feel good; make your home look better. You make detoxification; get dry carpet cleaners to sanitise your rugs. This way you will avoid getting back to old ways.
Not that change will go unnoticed, but share the results to spot them yourself. Join group or participate in blog and write regularly. If you feel insecure in some moment, you can always read how you started and motivation you had in order to gain it again.
